NORMAL – Mulberry Street between Linden Street and Constitution Boulevard was closed on Monday and is expected to remain closed through Friday.
The road closure is for utility replacement work at the Normal Water Treatment Plant.
A suggested detour route is to utilize Linden Street to Willow Street to Fell Avenue until the work is complete.
