BLOOMINGTON – Effective December 4, Fell Avenue just north of Emerson Street will be closed to thru traffic for sewer maintenance work.
The road will be closed until work is completed and drivers should choose an alternate route during this time period. Access to residences in the 1500 block of Fell Ave will be maintained from the north.
