WHEATON – Jaylen Beasley hit a three pointer with 1.5 seconds left to lead Illinois Wesleyan to an 82-79 win over Wheaton at King Arena in College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin play.
Beasley also put the Titans on top, 77-76, with a three with 1:28 to play. Beasley finished with 13 points and a team-high nine rebounds.

IWU led by as many as 11 points in the second half before the Thunder rallied for a 59-58 lead with 11:57 to go on Kobe Eichelberger’s tip-in to cap a six-point possession cased by a technical foul against IWU coach Ron Rose.
Brady Rose led the Titans with 26 points. IWU outrebounded the Thunder 50-32.
Ashton Francis scored 30 for Wheaton.
The Titans (6-1, 1-1 in the CCIW) visit North Central on Saturday.
