BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington Water Department will be making an emergency water main repair on Ireland Grove Rd. just west of Mercer Ave. Due to the location of the water main break, Ireland Grove Rd. between Mercer and Brickyard Dr. will be closed to thru traffic. The road closure is scheduled to begin on Thursday December 14, 2017 at 12 pm and should be reopened by 3:30 pm Friday, December 15, 2017.
