NORMAL – The west side of Uptown Circle between Beaufort Street and North Street in Normal will be restricted in width on Tuesday and Wednesday, weather permitting.
Uptown Circle will be open, but it will be a narrower roadway. The lane restriction is necessary to allow contractors to place exterior finish materials on the building located at 1 Uptown Circle.
