BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington Water Department is making an emergency water main repair in the 800 block of Mercer Avenue between Kemmer Lane and Benjamin Lane.
Due to the location of the water main repair, South Mercer is closed to thru traffic. The road will reopen when work is completed.
