NORMAL – Beginning Monday there will be a lane reduction on Willow Street at Normal Avenue.
The closure is for pavement restoration as part of the ongoing water main installation project.
Two-way traffic will be maintained through the intersection. Normal Avenue will be closed at Willow Street.
The streets will reopen once the pavement work is complete. Residents are asked to use Bowles Street to access Normal Avenue from the west and Gregory Street from the east.
