BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington Water Department will be making an emergency water service repair in the 900 block of E. Locust Street between Eugene Street and Colton Avenue. Due to the location of the water service repair, Locust Street will be closed to through traffic. The road closure is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 8 a.m. and should be reopened when the work is complete. A detour will be set up to take traffic from Locust Street to Clinton, south on Clinton to Washington Street.
