NORMAL – Resurfacing work will begin Tuesday (weather permitting) and continue through Friday along Fell Avenue from both Cherry Street to Willow Street and Vernon Avenue to Irving Street.
This work will include land and street closures during the day for the milling, priming, and asphalt paving operations.
