Man shot and killed on Bloomington’s west side

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police say one person has been shot and killed on the city’s west side Wednesday morning.

The shooting happened around 4:45 a.m. in the 800 block of West Jefferson Street. A male was found shot and was later pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The investigation is still ongoing and no arrests have been made.
