BPD investigating robbery early Saturday

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington Police are investigating a robbery on the near east side early Saturday.

BPD responded around 12:45 a.m. to the 300 block of E. Locust Street. A 31-year old male reported he was attacked from behind by three or four males.

The victim was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects are being described as black males, approximately 25-30 years old and were wearing dark clothing.
