BLOOMINGTON – One of three men wanted on first-degree murder charges has turned himself in.
Scott Allen, 18, of Bloomington, turned himself over to the McLean County Jail Monday morning after being wanted from an April 2 shooting death of 25-year-old Juan Nash in the 1200 block of Orchard Road.
Armari McNabb, 22, of Las Vegas, and Exodus Hebert, 18, of Bloomington had previously been arrested. All three face multiple charges, including first-degree murder.
One of the charges against McNabb is aggravated discharge of a firearm, although prosecutors won’t say if they believe he is the shooter.
Bond for Allen was set at $3 million, while bond for both McNabb and Hebert has been set at $2 million.
Hebert was already in jail awaiting trial on unrelated weapons charges.
