BPD: Boy shot on city’s near west side

BLOOMINGTON – A juvenile boy was shot Friday in the 400 block of North Lee Street, according to Bloomington Police.

Officers said the boy was transported to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.

Police said North Lee south of Market Street and north of Monroe Street will be blocked for a shooting investigation for an undetermined amount of time.

No other information is available.
