BPD: Man, juvenile arrested for armed robbery

BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man and juvenile have been arrested for an armed robbery that happened last month.

Da Jon Glass, 18, and a boy were taken into custody Sunday by Bloomington police.  Officers said the two were responsible for a hold up July 22 in the 600 block of South Lee Street.

During the incident, police said the two suspects robbed a man at gunpoint and took off with an undisclosed amount of cash and property. Nobody was injured.

Glass was charged with armed robbery involving a firearm and aggravated robbery.

His bond has been set at $500,000, meaning he needs to post $50,000.
