BLOOMINGTON – Nobody was injured after an apartment complex caught fire Wednesday morning on Bloomington’s east side.
Bloomington firefighters were called around 9 a.m. to 316 Riley Drive for a duplex fire.
Seven residents of the duplex escaped without injury, according to Deputy Fire Chief Eric West.
Fire investigators are still trying to determine what caused the blaze. No dollar estimate of damage is available.
West said one family is being assisted by the American Red Cross.
