NORMAL– Dave Anderson, longtime city manager of Normal, has passed away.
Anderson spent three decades on the job and even spent a brief time as manager for both Bloomington and Normal.
Anderson was 82 when he passed. He had been living with his daughter in Arkansas.
A memorial may be held in Normal this summer.
