ULLIN – A woman from Normal was found dead in southern Illinois and Illinois State Police have launched a homicide investigation.
On March 26 the body of Haley Marie Decker, 18, was found in rural Pulaski County, according to a news release.
ISP said it’s believed she had moved to southeast Missouri in January and had recently been reported missing from the Normal area.
The investigation is ongoing and no other information is available, according to ISP.
