BLOOMINGTON – In what is the most significant increase in one day since the Coronavirus pandemic began, McLean County Health officials announced 25 new cases of COVID-19. Officials also announced a fifth McLean County resident has died from COVID-19.
Health officials announced the 25 new cases surge the countywide total to 161 confirmed cases.
Of the 161 cases, Health Officials say 45 residents remain in home isolation, seven remain in the hospital, and 103 have recovered.
The McLean County Health Department is set to address the media later this afternoon.
