Normal police make additional arrests from looting incident at Target

NORMAL – Police have arrested six more adults and two juveniles from the looting incident that happened late Sunday night at the Target in Normal.

Normal police said the additional arrests were made Thursday. NPD said they are still investigating this incident and others surrounding the resent civil unrest. Anyone with information about the recent looting is asked to contact Normal police at 309-454-9535 or McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111.

Normal police said those arrested in connection to the Target incident include:

Jordan R. Gilliam, 18, who is homeless; Kevin A. Fisher, 21, of Bloomington; Cornelius Prince, 38, of Bloomington; Mary C. Bailey, 37, of Bloomington; Lillian R. Williams, of Bloomington; Christopher L. Knotts, 22 of Bloomington; two juveniles, a 16-year-old girl and 17-year-old boy.

All face multiple charges including burglary, looting, mob action, and theft.
