Local health officials report two new cases of COVID-19

BLOOMINGTON – Two more individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 in McLean County, bringing the total number to 260.

Health officials report 10 individuals remain in home isolation, and 237 individuals have recovered.

“The next couple of weeks will tell how we are moving forward,” McLean County Health Department Administrator Jessica McKnight said. “We encourage everyone to continue to take (safety) measures because we want to stay in Phase Four and continue moving forward.”

There have been 13 deaths in the county from the disease.
