Cancer center opens at OSF St. Joseph

BLOOMINGTON – OSF St. Joseph Medical Center is opening a cancer center on its campus in Bloomington.

The program in Bloomington-Normal is connected to the overall OSF cancer services based out of Saint Francis in Peoria.

The center will provide patients with these services:

  • Radiation therapy
  • Nurse navigator
  • Infusion
  • Genetic counseling
  • Pastoral care
  • Clinical trials

“We are elated that OSF HealthCare is expanding cancer care services for the Bloomington Normal community,” said Lynn Fulton, president of OSF St. Joseph. “The new OSF Cancer Center provides a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to cancer care for patients and their families. Our vision is to provide coordinated care that is individually tailored for each patient. Our navigator is a resource to our patients throughout their journey.”
