McLean County Health Department COVID-19 call center now open

BLOOMINGTON – If you have questions about coronavirus the McLean County Health Department’s COVID-19 call center is now up and running.

MCHD Administrator Jessica McKnight said the call center is in conjunction with the contact tracing program and additional staff were hired specifically for the call center.

“It is multiple lines and we are trying to keep that line open so people can reach a person,” said McKnight. “A lot of the questions are about isolation, quarantine, and now we are getting into vaccination.”

The health department’s COVID call center is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The number is 309-888-5600.
