Normal Police say teen shot Monday afternoon

NORMAL – Police in Normal say they’re investigating a shooting involving a teenager Monday afternoon.

Assistant Chief Steve Petrilli says it happened around 3:00 PM in an apartment in the 700 block of W. Orlando Avenue.

He says a 17-year-old was shot multiple times.

The teen was taken to Carle BroMenn Medical Center, where their condition is unknown.

Petrilli said there was no suspect information available at the time.
