BLOOMINGTON – A busted pipe caused some flooding at the McLean County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, forcing the closure of some sheriff’s office operations.
Sheriff Jon Sandage said the administrative office will be closed Thursday. In an email, Sandage said process-related business and support services will not be available, although the records division will be open.
There’s no word on the amount of damage caused by the flooding.
The sheriff’s office is located at the McLean County Law and Justice Center in Downtown Bloomington.
