BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man is being charged with aggravated domestic battery after allegedly strangling his ex-girlfriend over the weekend.
Michael McCombs, 38, is being held in jail until his domestic violence risk assessment is complete, according to the McLean County Circuit Clerk’s Office. McCombs is also facing charges of strangulation and domestic battery.
He will be back in court on June 21 for a bond review hearing and his arraignment is July 2.
