FULTON COUNTY – The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office confirmed authorities captured a third inmate who escaped from the jail in Lewistown Wednesday night.

Police said they arrested Cody Villalobos, 26, on Farmington Road Thursday night.

Only Zachary Hart, 36, was on the run late Thursday night.

Hart is a white male, 6’8”, 205 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Hart was in jail on numerous charges including aggravated domestic battery, home invasion, possession of a stolen debit card, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon with no FOID, fleeing and eluding a police officer, obstructing justice, and failure to appear on a pay order for DUI charges.

Earlier on Thursday, extensive air and ground searches led to the arrests of two other escapees.

Eugene Roets, 22, was arrested late Thursday afternoon in the Peoria area, while Jesse Davis, 34, was captured early Thursday evening in the Farmington area, authorities said.

Police said Davis was found shirtless walking along Blue Spruce Lane.

If anyone sees Hart, call 911. Authorities say to not approach the fugitive as he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

COVID-19 has made us more aware of the risk.  Going to work every day for some people means…
