NORMAL – Normal Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects in two separate retail theft incidents.

Police say the first suspect is a black male, 18-30 years of age, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and light blue shorts with lobsters on them.

Authorities say the suspect allegedly stole vape cartridges.

In a separate incident, police say a Hispanic male, 25-35 years of age, was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, mask with skulls, and white shoes. Police say the man was driving a red mid-2000 Chevy Malibu Maxx with a possible license plate starting with CM.
