NORMAL – A downstate lawmaker who is making a run for governor made a stop in the Twin-Cities Monday night.
State Sen. Darren Bailey (R-Xenia) made the first stop of his summer bus tour at Rader Family Farms in Normal. Around 200 people attended the event.
Bailey will face several challengers in the 2022 primary election, which has been moved back from March 15 to June 28.
