CLINTON – After a modified version last year due to COVID-19, the Apple ‘n Pork Festival is making a full return this weekend in Clinton.
The festival features dozens of food stands, live entertainment, and a flea market.
Joey Long is the director of the C.H. Moore Homestead Museum in Dewitt County. She spoke with WJBC’s Scott Miller.
“Local non-profit organizations that serve DeWitt County also set up food booths on the grounds so they benefit as well,” said Long. “It is a very important event not only for the museum but the entire community.”
The event draws an average of 80,000 people throughout the weekend, said Long.
The Apple ‘n Pork Festival is free to attend and will be held Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm at the C.H. Moore Homestead Museum.
