Fall free bulk pickup underway in Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington public works crews are collecting residential bulk waste as part of the fall 2021 free bulk pickup. 

The service is offered at no additional charge for solid waste program customers. Brush will not be picked up during seasonal free bulk pickups.

Public works will post daily updates and update the interactive map on the solid waste page at www.cityblm.org/solidwaste as crews progress through the city. As of Monday, crews were on schedule.

Solid Waste customers may take bulk waste and brush to the Citizen Convenience Center located at 402 S. East Street in Bloomington (south of the Bloomington Public Library). It is open from 7 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. on Wednesdays.
