NORMAL – The Normal Police Department is still investigating and actively pursuing all leads in the shooting death of a Peoria man in Normal on September 19.
Roy Ward Jr., 20, was shot in the area of 19 Traders Circle just after midnight.
Ward died September 22 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center.
