Louisiana man arrested in Normal on LaSalle County warrant

NORMAL – A man from Louisiana is out on bond from LaSalle County after being arrested on a warrant for traveling to meet a child and indecent solicitation of a child.

Normal Police spokesperson Brad Park confirms Mark A. Thrower, 40, of Vinton, Louisiana was picked up by Normal Police on the LaSalle County warrant.

He posted $5,000 and was released, according to the LaSalle County Jail.

Thrower’s next appearance is scheduled for March 17.
