Reditus Labs CEO charged with filing false tax returns by federal grand jury

PEORIA – Reditus Labs CEO Dr. Aaron Rossi has been charged by a federal grand jury with three counts of making and subscribing a false tax return.

The federal indictment describes the years this allegedly happened – 2015-2017.

Reditus Labs did not open until June 2019.

Rossi, 39, of Bloomington is accused of underreporting his taxable income during those years.

He reported taxable income of $324,836 for 2015, $500,341 for 2016 and $472,180 for 2017.

Reditus Labs spokesperson Paul Swiech provided Heart of Illinois ABC with a brief statement from one of Rossi’s attorneys, David Rossi, saying, “this is a personal matter and they have no comment.”
