City of Bloomington hosting free Family Day on Saturday

BLOOMINGTON – The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts is hosting a free Family Day event on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Pavilion in Tipton Park.

Activities slated for the family fun day include The Unique Twist balloon artists, an inflatable obstacle course and other games.

Program Manager Nicole Culbertson says “This free event is for families to have fun while connecting with organzations that support healthy living.”

Local businesses and organizations will be in attendance such as: The Language Spot, ISU Campus Recreation – Adventure Program, Cogs & Corsets, Carle Health & Fitness and Training & Performance Center, Sugar Grove Nature Center, Autism McLean, Upper Limits, Bloomington Public Library, Heartland Head Start, and more.
