BLOOMINGTON – Two Bloomington men are behind bars in McLean county on weapon charges.
According to a news release, Bloomington Police found Ronald Thornton, 23, of Bloomington, near a business in the 900 block of Maple Hill Road around 1:20 a.m.
Police say Thorton was wanted for an aggravated discharge of a firearm incident.
Mclean County prosecutors charged Thornton with aggravated discharge of a firearm, parole violation, and resisting arrest.
Additionally, police charged Tamaris Clay, 22, of Bloomington, with unlawful use of a weapon while on parole.
The investigation remains ongoing.
