Bloomington police probe shots fired on city’s south side

BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington police are probing a shots fired incident that happened Thursday night on the city’s south side.

Officers were called just after 6:15 p.m. to the 800 block of South East Street for reports of a shooting.

BPD located evidence that a shooting had occurred, but no injuries were reported.

The circumstances behind the shooting are still under investigation.
