NPD needs help identifying two suspects in a fraud investigation

NORMAL – Normal Police need the public’s help identifying two suspects in a fraud investigation.

In January, two suspects pickpocketed people inside a store before purchasing multiple items and over $1,000 worth of gift cards.

The first suspect is described as wearing a long white winter coat and a white stocking cap.

The second suspect was last seen wearing a coach-designed hat, black jacket, and black pants.
