BLOOMINGTON – A man from Normal and a woman from Chicago stand accused of playing a role in a shots fire incident on Monday.
Bloomington Police say around 4:45 Monday afternoon, officers responded to the 200 block of Reeveston Drive.
While on the scene, investigators found property damage to a home and shell casings.
Police say their investigation led them to Normal, where three suspects were arrested.
On Tuesday, the McLean County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Sean Walker-Harris, 23, of Normal, with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
Prosecutors also charged Ajea Porter-Toney, 31, of Chicago, with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and reckless discharge of a firearm.
A third suspect was arrested on four unrelated McLean County warrants during the pair’s arrest.
Walker-Harris and Porter-Toney remain behind bars in the McLean County jail.
There were no injuries during the shooting.
