Normal Police searching for home invasion, sexual assault suspect

NORMAL – Normal Police are investigating a home invasion and alleged sexual assault on West Willow Street, near Illinois State University.

Officers arrived at the home around 7:15 a.m. Sunday where they found two victims. The suspect had already taken off.

The victims told the officers a man entered the home through an unlocked door. He then allegedly sexually assaulted one of the victims and threatened the other.

Police are searching for a mid-20s Black man about 6 feet tall with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black trucker’s hat with a white icon, silver earrings, a
short-sleeved black button up, white T-shirt, tan pants, and black Nike shoes.
