LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Georgia woman stands accused of pointing a pistol at another driver last Friday on I-55 in Livingston County.
Livingston County Prosecutors allege Bennett Quaysio, 34, Statham, GA., pointed a gun out of the driver’s side of her semi toward another driver.
According to an arrest report, the road rage-induced incident happened around 6:30 p.m.
Livingston County Sheriff Deputies stopped Quaysio near milepost 204.
When authorities searched the semi, they allegedly found a handgun in the center console.
Quaysio faces aggravated assault, a class three felony, and unlawful use of a weapon, a class four felony.
Livingston County Judge Bauknect released Quaysio on pretrial release conditions.
Quaysio is due back in court on July 11.
