IWU to launch three new majors in the fall semester

BLOOMINGTON – Illinois Wesleyan University plans to offer three new majors in the fall 2024 semester.

According to a news release, IWU plans to offer Socioloy-Criminology, Supply Chain Management, and Communication to the offerings of more than 100 majors and minors at IWU.

The criminology major will focus on the sociological study of crime and the criminal legal system.

Meanwhile, the Supply Chain Management degree focuses on strategically planning, coordinating, and optimizing the flow of goods and services.

A degree in Communication focuses on public relations and journalism.

Additionally, IWU plans to offer academic certificates in Dance and Intercultural Competence in the fall semester.
