FAIRBURY – A mobile home in rural Fairbury became caught on fire on Friday evening.
According to Fairbury Fire Chief Josh Hoselton, the building was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived at 6:45 p.m. Due to the home’s remote location, no one saw the flames until the fire was well underway.
