Investigation underway at OSF HealthCare for employees’ social media account

BLOOMINGTON – OSF HealthCare is investigating a statement shared on an employee’s social media account.

In a statement, OSF HealthCare said the healthcare system condemns words or actions that seek to marginalize or harm others.

OSF HealthCare said the healthcare system has a strict social media policy each employee should follow.

It’s unclear what the employee posted on social media, but the healthcare system says failure to adhere to company policy could result in disciplinary action.
