Normal police probe weekend shots fired incident

NORMAL – Police are probing a shots fired incident that happened over the weekend in Normal.

According to a news release, officers were called Saturday at 11:18 p.m. to the 600 block of Orlando Avenue. NPD says an apartment building in the area was struck by gunfire, but no other injuries were reported.

Authorities say no arrests have been made and the shooting is being investigated.
