Multiple Central IL fire departments fighting downtown fire in Lincoln

LINCOLN – Firefighters are actively responding to a large fire in downtown Lincoln.

Multiple fire departments from Logan, Sangamon and Macon counties were dispatched to the scene.

According to the Decatur Fire Dept. an aerial appratus along with a chief was dispatched to the scene.

The Sangamon County Rescue Squad is providing an air cascade system to fight the fire.
