State Farm Holiday Classic Championships to be aired on WJBC

BLOOMINGTON — Each year, 64 teams from across Illinois gather in the twin cities for the State Farm Holiday Classic. 

After defeating Kankakee Bishop Mac, Bloomington Central Catholic reached the Championship game in the small school girls’ division. 

Central Catholic will compete against Central Southeastern for the Small School Girls division at the Shirk Center on the campus of Illinois Wesleyan University. 

You can hear coverage on Monday, Dec. 30, at 3:20 p.m. on AM 1230 and FM 102.1 WJBC. 

Meanwhile, Normal Community girls basketball reached the Large School Division Championship game on Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. 

The Lady Ironmen plan to battle top-seeded Washington for the Championship.
