WJBC’s 2nd Annual Ultimate Winter Warm Up with Popejoy Plumbing, Heating and Electric

The Ultimate Winter Warm Up

Last year we gave away a new HVAC system with Popejoy Plumbing, Heating and Electric and it went so well that we’re doing it again in 2025!

The 2nd Annual Ultimate Winter Warm Up is your chance to replace that old furnace and stay warm in these frigid temperatures thanks to Popejoy.

One grand prize winner is going to win a brand-new American Standard Furnace and AC unit, a smart thermostat, and all the labor included in installation – valued at over $13,000!

Each weekday, listen to WJBC AM 1230 and FM 102.1 between 4-6pm for the daily keyword. When you hear the keyword, send a text with that word to 309-829-2345 (make sure you spell it correctly!). The following weekday we will draw and contact four (4) people to be qualified for the grand prize drawing.

Pritzker, recall another Illinois Governor who protested the incursion of armed federal personnel into the city.   Those federal troops, rather than calming, escalated the situation, leading to deaths and violence. In these troubled times, to my fellow white Americans

African-Americans have been killed too many times in the past before George Floyd, but the response to this man’s death is international and all-encompassing. COVID-19 has made us more aware of the risk.  Going to work every day for some people means…
