
EUREKA, Ill. (WMBD) — A Eureka man has been arrested on alleged child pornography offenses involving a child under 13.
In a post on their Facebook page, the Eureka Police Department announced that James Fuller, 34, was arrested on April 24 after “several” warrants were issued for his arrest, after there was allegedly evidence of him in possession of child pornography.
Officers from the Eureka police as well as the Illinois Attorney General’s Office Task Force executed the warrants, and Fuller was taken to the Woodford County Jail.
He was still being held as of Sunday afternoon, according to court documents.
He is scheduled to next appear in court for a preliminary hearing on May 8.
