WJBC Radio, in conjunction with Meatheads of Bloomington-Normal and Roberts Trophies, is proud to present the WJBC Athletes of the Week.

Lauren Shanks – Central Catholic Girls Basketball

Lauren led the Saints to two victories with 19 points against Peoria Notre Dame and 23 points against Eureka.

Aaron Steiner – El Paso-Gridley Boys Basketball

Aaron scored 34 points and pulled down 15 rebounds in the Titans win over Flanagan-Cornell and contributed 22 points and 15 rebounds in a win over Lexington.
