UPDATE: Missing Woman Found in Pesotum

BLOOMINGTON – Carmon Edwards of Bloomington, who had been missing since Christmas morning, has been found by a Good Samaritan in Champaign County.

The Bloomington Police Department’s Facebook page says Edwards and the Good Samaritan walked into Illinois State Police District 10 Headquarters in Pesotum shortly before 1 p.m. She is reportedly in good health.

The Bloomington Police Department is thanking the Mattoon Police Department, Mattoon Fire Department, Illinois State Police District 10, and the public in their efforts to find Edwards.
